Extinction
Extinction is a design focussing on the effects of human encroachment, through pollution, hunting, and industry.
By depicting animals and vegetation that have only become extinct within the wild in the last century due to human interference. Combined with a striking colour palette she is able to convey the seriousness of the effect we can have upon our surroundings and the lives around us. By choosing to show animals such as the Western Black Rhinoceros, the Tasmanian Tiger, the Baiji River Dolphin, the Pyrenean Ibex and the Ivory Billed Woodpecker she's allowed the memory of these animals live on just a little longer.
